This Hotel, totally renewed, it's the perfect location to stay in town. Easy position, 2 minutes walk from central station, with nice and very clean rooms. View on the main ancient square with the castle is amazing and relaxing. You breath the italian atmosphere all around. Staff very helpful and good manners, which is very appreciable. Good italian breakfast with also some typical products and good service. A pleasant stay I would definitely recommend.

It was not the best hotel in the world. Issue with parking is not existing anymore, because you have to leave your car on public parking with copied a4 paper card on your windshield. Breakfast is poor, quality and variety. In fact it is closest hotel to many factories located in this area and it is he bigest advantage, because its guite crowdy there on the streets coming to the city. It is also hard to communicate in English. Invoice preparing is like going to Mt Everest. Really! And one more thing, I've almost forget - I had a roommate 😁

This is a very nicely situated small hotel, beside the old castle, run by an Italian family. They gave me a warm welcome and were very helpful and kind throughout my stay of 7 nights. I had a large quiet room which was always clean. The breakfast was simple but adequate for my needs. I would recommend and would also return.

Unfortunately for them I shall not go back. It cost me only 50 euros and the parking at 5 euros seemed cheap. However the hotel is in a pedestran one way street which the navigator does not understand . The car park was so badly designed that i scraped a wheel trying to get out of it and i am a careful driver. I should have lect it on the road. It cost me 180 euros of avis car rental charges for the s rape to the wheel rim. And you have to go back to the hotel to return the car park remote control from across the square. The room had a ridulous shower and they are so desperate for business that they charge the full amount as soon as you book the room online. Better stay in Milan and come out in the morning.

Cosy, clean, historic outside, modern inside Hotel, with a view to the castle. Polite personnel, good breakfast nice mood:) Free wifi in all hotel, new equipment, stylish interior. Located in abbiategrasso historic old town in front of old castle, around there is few pubs who works till 02:00.

This hotel is a little way from central milan, we had to catch the train to the underground then another two to central milan, good thing is the train station is across the road but if we realized how far it was we would have stayed closer to central Milan. Hotel room was clean and towels changed daily, can't complain about that at all. Our room faced the main road so was very noisy at night, our room was also very small. I asked if we could change rooms due to the noise but was told we couldn't. The air con didn't work in our room either which was awful as it was so hot in our room at night and if we opened the window it was too noisy so couldn't win. Breakfast was ok, basic continental. Overall the staff were friendly and the food at the restaurant at the back of hotel was lovely.

easy to find,in the heart of the town,near the piazza where all is around you and still very quiet in the room. the room is very big , we had a lovely view and balcony to the piazza. every sunday the market is open,second hand market so it is nice to watch. breakfast is good and the people are nice. parking is near .

Ignore all reviews for this hotel written before fall 2013. Everything has been completely done over, so there are new bathrooms and new bedding. The staff is very friendly. My husband and I stayed for 4 nights in May 2014 and everything was fresh and pleasant. The buffet breakfast is ample, with a lot a variety. (We like protein at breakfast and were glad to see ham, cheese and yogurt.) We speak no Italian, but I don't expect people in other countries to speak English, especially in a small town like Abbiategrasso. I was grateful that the desk staff was able to answer all our questions in English. I would be happy to stay here again, and I recommend it to others.

Stayed here for 3 nights. Newly remodeled rooms with great bathrooms. Daily cleaning left the rooms spotless with fresh towels and toiletries. Located in central location in Abbiategrasso. Steps away from train station. Free Wifi fast enough to use voice over IP without any problems. Continental breakfast every morning and small bar open every night. Quite a few restaurants within a block. Overall great experience.

Booked this hotel through an agent trip to Milan to see Bruce Springsteen we were booked for 7 days was a bit apprehensive from reading some of the reviews. No need for concern, the hotel is due to be refurbished and furnishings need to be replaced, rooms were very basic but clean. Actually cleaned everyday with fresh towels and bedding changed twice a week. We had a twin room and shared the bathroom. The breakfast was continental with fresh coffee. All the staff were very helpful Giuseppe, Anna, and Massimo were very helpful with the translation and places to see and visit. This hotel and its staff gave us a taste of real Italian life. Abbiategrasso is a province of Milan and should not be confused with the suburb of the same name. Italian is the main language and not all speak or understand English, so learn a few words of Italian. To get to this hotel from Malpensa airport take the train to Cadorna F.N.M tube to PTA Genova and train to Abbiategrasso. You can see the hotel on your right as you exit the station. It is next to the library which is a very old Castle. Would use this hotel again.
