喫煙者ですので喫煙できるホテルが少なくて、とても助かりました。古めのホテルですが匂い等なくて清潔感ありました。スタッフの方々の対応がとても親切で気持ちよかったです。天神にも歩いて行けるし、地下鉄赤坂駅から徒歩5分でとても便利です。

空調が全く聞かず、調整もできませんでした。寒かったです。
