Absolutely excellent room and facilities given the price. The key issue that keeps it from getting an absolutely top rating is the presence of mosquitos in the room

Arrived 19:30pm, good check in, 15th floor, basic room, one window had no view due to I suspect hotel signage. Nice shower, there is a safe also. Free tea bags offered but no sugar and milk available. UK sockets available both sides of a nice comfortable king bed. Breakfast chose to use welcome points, disappointing. Noodles and coffee were ok. The toaster heated the bread but did not toast it. Lovely parks for strolling next to hotel, turn left when leaving and many restaurants, turn right nothing there. 30 mins to Zhengzhou West bus station It's ok but don't expect luxury

Visited the hotel for a night. Arrival the receptionist was ok. Not the usual greeting you will find at a international hotel. Room was clean. Bed is hard with a depression in the centre, quite uncomfortable for my size. Remote control button was sticky. Toilet soap n shampoo dispenser was choke n can't dispense anything. Overall I was there for a night, it's just a room n bed for me.

Nice Hotel Bar, but do not eat at the buffet. Our tour ate here several times. Once is ok, and the noodles are good, but I would not recommend eating here more than once. Enjoy your stay. I did not have breakfast at the hotel, just lunch & dinner.

I stayed two nights in March 2017. Room very comfortable with good hot shower. TV had CNN, and easy to change channels. Desk had charger for Samsung phone, and electrical outlets next to the bed. Room was clean, with good towels, although there were no small washcloths. Breakfast had a nice variety of western food including good fresh vegetables and fruit. Front desk staff, and second floor restaurant staff, all very friendly, and always with a smile willing to help. Check in and check out was prompt and efficient, in spite of the big conference taking place. Good choice, is Aloft!

일단 하루만 묵고 카이펑으로 옮길려고했는데 이틀을 다 여기서 묵었네요^^ᆢ아침 식사도 좋았구 모든게 만족스러웠어요ᆢ

I have stayed at this hotel more than 10 times during the last 4 years. The rooms are nice and clean, the staff is friendly, at least 1 staff understands English. The front office manager (Rock Cheng) is very friendly. The food in the (2) restaurants is good. The surrounding area has seen a lot of construction (along with noise) in the last 4 years, but most of it is completed now. Overall, compared to other (Chinese brand) hotels in the same price range, this one is really good value for relatively little money.

First and foremost this is probably the cleanest hotel in the area. I've stay at several hotels within a 10km radius and this was the cleanest of the bunch despite other hotels having a higher "star" rating. The breakfast buffet was also good, lots of selection both Chinese and Western. The service at the front desk were both friendly and efficient. The only negative I found was the towels were not in the best of shape. They were clean but was well worn. Both bath towels in my room had large tears in them. Will definitely stay here the next time I'm in town for business.
