Lugal, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Ankara

Ankara’da merkezi bir konumda olan Lugal A Collection otelin odalarının genişliği ve konforu mükemmeldi. Ama beni en çok mutlu eden personelin kalitesi, güleryüzü ev samimiyetiydi. Hepsi birbirinden değerli tüm personele öncelikle teşekkür ederim. Kahvaltı salonu tadilatta olmasına rağmen 2 günlük konuklamada 1. gün hemen yanında yer alan Sheratonda ki kahvaltıyı beğenmedim. Buna rağmen 2. gün sabahı odaya istediğimiz ürünlerle donatılmış kahvaltıyı yollayınca tüm olumsuz duygularım değişti.

Hospitality is amzing , great staff and team

Bu kaçıncı konaklamamiz bilmiyorum ama çok uzun süredir Ankara'da otel konaklaması gerektiğinde başka bir oteli tercih etmiyoruz. Executive suitler ev tadında. Personel inanılmaz yardımcı ve misafirperver. Odalar gayet temiz oda manzaraları gayet iyi.

God beliggenhed. Rene værelser og venlig personale. Faciliteter er dog fælles med Sheraton hotellet ved siden af.

Best hotel in Ankara. No small rooms, friendly staff, cozy rooms good for family

The wellness center was closed.

The view from the room was fantastic Check-in was perfect, although we came late . Check-out was perfect, although we left late. The reception desk team was very helpful. The reception team out door was very helpful.

This is probably the best hotel in Ankara, facilities such as the possibility of choosing breakfast in two hotels (in the same complex there is also Sheraton), a large swimming pool and spa complex, as well as a huge fitness center make me say with confidence --> it is really worth spending more time here
