Kids bed sheets have a stained marks on it. Queen bed wasn’t properly cleaned.

"Great place to stay if I did not encounter the receptionist"

Clean , spacious, quiet and relaxing place to stay

Receptionist was rude tonally and does not know how to greet and treat guest with respect.

The rooms were close enough to Paihia and i enjoyed being in the trees. The room looked nice in the pictures and the space is quite big.

When we were there the water wasn't hot for a bath or shower (it was just above luke warm). The bed wasn't very comfortable.
