Three-Bedroom Apartment

Occupying the ground floor, of our historic Georgian-style home, Dr Brewers Apartment features 3 bedrooms. The spacious master bedroom consists of of the original French Antique Timber king size bed, a queen bed in the second room and two single beds in the third. A fully appointed modern kitchen with an open dining and sitting room. Despite its modernity, the kitchen maintains many of the original features and furnishings. The perceptive guest will notice a bell hanging on the west wall which was used to summon servants relaxing in the kitchen. Make full use of the free standing claw foot bath in the sunlit bathroom. The original bathtub is fitted with a shower canopy and is perfect for soaking the hours away. High quality linen, bedding, electric blankets, thick towels, cutlery, crockery, iron, ironing board, off street parking available, wireless internet and smart television.

A beautiful historic building restored with love and passion, evident by the details as you walk through the halls, stairs, garden and apartment. Your taken back in time, with its charm and elegance. We stayed in Rosalie retreat, a quaint apartment, located close to the main st and waterfront. Great location! Loved our long weeksn escape here. Highly recommend booking 👌. The hosts, Peter and Nicole, are friendly, easy to communicate with and accommodating. 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

"Exceptional Romantic Getaway"

I was blown away by this accommodation as not only is the location walking distance to everything but the building is breathtaking. The room was spacious, immaculately clean with every detail taken care of. This will be my go to sanctuary when traveling to Portland for work. WIFI was fast and reliable and there is nothing more you could want. I was impressed with the information flyer left with the history of the building which I found a fascinating read. The rooms would be perfect for a romantic weekend away. Congratulations to the owners who have clearly put a lot of work and thought into the customer experience and it didn't go unnoticed.

This accommodation was perfect and honestly there is nothing negative to report.

"We were very lucky to find this gem right at the heart of Portland."

First visit to Portland, couldn't ask for more for the location. Seconds walk to Aldi, IGA and coin laundry, mintues walk to woolly, cafes, restaurants, beach and parks. Lovely garden right ourside the windows. Everything was clean and really comfy.

No something we don't like, it is something would like to have: a dish washer.
