City Seasons Hotel & Suites Muscat

Hello, I recently stayed at City Seasons Hotel & Suites Muscat from 24th June until 26th June. (Extended by one day) This is the third time that I have stayed there however I have a few complaints as follows. 1. Despite having a glass door and a shower curtain, after having your shower there is always water sipping out onto the washroom floor. This has happened during all my 3 stays with you. Yesterday the 25th I had an incident. As I was trying to get the 'hot' water (which is another complaint number 2) to start flowing I had a slip and fell over the bathtub and knocked my thigh. Lucky no further injuries. Although my thigh is still very painful. THIS IS VERY VERY DANGEROUS AND CAN CAUSE SERIOUS INJURY. 2. With respect to the 'hot' water. On the day that I arrived (24th June) I wanted to have my shower BUT as I opened the tap towards the hot water there was no hot water coming. I called the front desk to complain. They sent the maintenance guy who came. He checked and told me that you have to open the tap to the hot water side and keep it running. I find this very odd. Should not be the case in a hotel such as yours. Even after letting the water flow for more than 15 to 20 mins there was insufficient hot water coming through. I had to call the maintenance guy even the next day. Normally the water should be so hot that the room gets steamed up. 3. This is with the air conditioner. The room gets very very cold despite having the temp at 30 degrees and the fan at low. I have noticed this on all my 3 stays. I have to keep the window ajar to let the outside warm/hot air flow in. I did complain to the front desk personally. I would kindly request you to address the above issues before my next visit which will be next month. Waiting for your response. Regards. Salim Ratani.
