Very spacious rooms, wonderful location, friendly staffs

We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. Its location is excellent, with all major tourist attractions nearby. There is a wide variety of dining options within easy reach, including Pakistani, Indian, Arabic, and continental cuisines. Several large supermarkets are also conveniently located around the hotel. Additionally, the Jame Masjid is very close, which allowed us to conveniently offer both Eid and Friday prayers. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel, especially for families, due to its comfort and convenient location.

While our overall experience was very positive, there are a few areas that could benefit from improvement: 1. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of dishes available. However, during peak hours, the service and crowd management could be handled more efficiently to enhance the guest experience. 2. The parking area could be improved in terms of cleanliness and maintenance. 3. The availability and clarity of lift access can be enhanced. At times, it takes longer to reach the ground floor, especially for guests unfamiliar with the correct lifts. Clear signage indicating which lifts serve specific floors would be very helpful.
