Fantastisk beliggenhed, enestående service fra personalet. Lækker mad i rooftop restauranten, og virkelig fin morgenmad og tilhørende service. Dertil lækker spa og fremragende massagebehandling. I tillæg fik jeg lov til sen udcheckning kl. 15 uden merberegning. Kort sagt: Alt i topklasse!

L'architecture, les installations et le service sont dignes d'un palace adapté à un boutique hôtel moderne. Le petit déjeuner est exceptionnel. Le personnel est très accueillant, serviable et de très bon conseil, notamment pour ce qui est des recommandations de restaurants. J'y retournerai sans hésiter car je doute qu'il existe actuellement à Belgrade un hôtel concurrent de ce niveau.

J'ai eu un peu trop chaud dans la chambre la première nuit (soucis rapidement réglé) et bien que le restaurant japonais était qualitatif, je m'attendais à un niveau encore supérieur étant donné le niveau de prestation exceptionnel de l'hôtel. Rien de critiquable cependant. Petit conseil: ajouter des chaines de TV de langue française.

Really bad kitchen, restaurant closed 1h before the announced time, and room service had only a “vending machine” quality food. Breakfast is poor and slow, and the windows in the room are not well isolated. The price of this hotel doesn’t correspond to the value it offers

Beautiful hotel with a stylish design and perfect location in the heart of Belgrade. The lobby bar is the best in the city — amazing atmosphere and great drinks.
