That I couldn't stay longer!

Ontbijt was lekker, buiten terras is verzorgd. Terras aan kamer is netjes. Plaats genoeg voor 3 personen. Geurkaars op terras kamer is een extra . Derde gast heeft een volwaardig bed

Een frigo zou een pluspunt zijn op de kamer

We stayed here one night with a 5 yo child who really and i mean REALLY appreciated the third bed on the gallery. It would not be suitabale for elderly, since the stairs are very steep and more like a ladder. But the child was so happy and thus we all were. :) The room was clean and rather new, the bathroom nice, the flowers on the table real, which i don't see often, and there was even a thingy for mosquitoes to put in the electrical socket if unwanted blood sucking visitors appeared. I really appreciate the complementary slippers for the room! The balcony was really nice, the curtains thick. We slept with the balcony door open, because we prefer this to the air conditioning (which was also available). It is quiet enough and with cute local sounds of occasional donkey braying and rooster crowing in the morning. There is not much traffic on the nearby road and the parking spaces are plentiful. And the hotel has a plan for building a pool which will make this lovely property even better.

Camera non molto grande ma perfettamente pulita, con un bel balcone. Soppalco con terzo letto. Letto comodissimo. Bagno piccolo ma super pulito e dotato di kit che oltre ai classici accessori offre anche spazzolino e kit da barba. Colazione ottima e varia sia per la parte dolce che per quella salata. Personale gentilissimo. Posizione ottima, a pochi chilometri da Porec ma fuori dal casino del paese. Soggiorno meraviglioso!

Secondo me sarebbe utile qualche superficie d’appoggio in più, sia in camera per quanto riguarda le valigie (in una delle nostre camere non c’era proprio una base per la valigia, nell’altra ce n’era una ma essendo una camera con un letto matrimoniale e un lettino non è secondo me sufficiente), sia in bagno per quanto riguarda le mensole.

The hotel oozes peacefulness, with nice and well maintained common areas and rooms, in a really calm and beautiful environment. Both the interior and exterior design are nice and cozy. The food is plentiful and delicious, and also there is a great wine bar downstairs. The host is helpful and flexible, accommodating every request we had during our stay. The grounds are green and well kept, and many rooms look onto vineyards or the garden, which set the tone for slow mornings and quiet nights.

No such thing. One possible improvement area is to have some gravel walkways outside in the garden, with labels to the facilities, like tennis courts or the pool (which is still in progress). A playground area for children could also be added in the future. Location-wise, the trade-off for calm is that you’ll want a car.
