Helpful staff and location to stadium.

Wouldn’t stay again, made reservation year in advance, told them a few weeks in advance that I’d be showing up a day later than I booked for, it was nonrefundable and I told them that was fine, told them many times I’d arrive Sunday and not Saturday, but this is not unusual as some people book the night before to have their room ready for whenever they show up, on the Sunday they message me saying I need to call to give my credit card (told them already I’m from out of country and can’t call) for late check In (told them multiple times I’d be there before 8pm) then said they technically could take my room away as I didn’t show up the Saturday ( even though I told them multiple times id b showing up Sunday and they said it was fine) super stressful and frustrating to be dealing with on a travel day. Only good thing was walking distance from the stadium, other than that I’d never stay again, we then had some lady yelling at us and on the phone we were trying to check out, not sure if she works there or what but she was yelling at us in French and asking what we were doing there when we were simply standing in the lobby with our luggage waiting for our Uber.

Hotel correcte. Hôtesse d'accueil très agréable mais responsable incorrecte qui parle derrière notre dos et pas à l'écoute des clients.

Pas de savon au lavabo, pas de sèche-cheveux, sauf sur demande à la réception contre paiement, petit-déjeuner que jusqu’à 9.30h, ce n’est pas assez long surtout le we. Réception fermée au départ, donc même pas pu récupérer les deux petits-déjeuner pas consommés!

Nunca limpiaron mi habitación. Nunca cambiaron las toallas. Entraron para dejarme un mensaje para que pagara la tasa de turista y no fueron capaces de ordenarla y cambiar las toallas. La señora q está en la administración no habla inglés ni español y se pone de mal humor si no le hablas en francés.

Problème d’organisation, on nous appel à 17h pr Ns demander de venir avant 20h sinon personne ne sera à l’accueil… Donc Ns arrêtons notre activité en cours et Ns allons vite à l’hôtel.. Je ne suis pas satisfait du système
