Breakfast was very basic and not what I would expect from a 4-star hotel. The room was outdated, with old furniture, and it was uncomfortably hot. The shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were provided as an all-in-one product, which also felt below 4-star standards. Access to the spa required an additional fee. The gym was very hot with poor ventilation and was not well equipped. The weight set was incomplete, and one of the two treadmills was out of order. Overall, this felt more like a 3-star hotel rather than a 4-star one. Considering the price, I do not think it was worth the cost.

I am a frequent traveler and have stayed in many hotels around the world. In my opinion, this was definitely not a 4-star hotel. They did not even provide complimentary water in the room—we had to pay for it. There was no drinking water available in the gym either. Many basic amenities and services that I would expect from a 4-star hotel were missing. Overall, the experience did not justify the price, and I do not believe it offered good value for money.
