Please note for guests staying in a studio or apartment: - For stays over 4 nights, customers must do the end-of-stay cleaning. (cleaning kit is supplied). - For stays of less than 4 nights, the kitchen and tableware must be cleaned by guests. The bed linen and bathroom linen is provided. For the residence : Daily housekeeping service is not included in the rate, but can be booked through the residence for an additional fee. Reception hours: 08:00 to midnight. For all late arrivals, please contact the residence in advance. Please note that only one pet under 8 kg is allowed per accommodations, on request only and at a supplement of €14 per pet, per night. For hygienic reasons, animals are not allowed in the restaurant or around the swimming pool. Dogs must be kept on a leash. A deposit may be required at the property.

Résidence agréable, personnel agréable, le studio que j'avais loué était très bien équipé, le petit balcon avec vue sur le port très agréable. La résidence est très bien placée par rapport à la plage, les restaurants, les chemins pour se promener. On peut se garer gratuitement (hors été) pas très loin.

La proximité de l'aéroport (les avions passent très bas mais heureusement il n'y en avait pas souvent) La propreté sur le balcon: plusieurs fientes d'oiseaux, des brindilles La propreté des parties communes (les escaliers n'étaient pas très propres)

Habia muchisimo olor a pintura. No pude casi dormir. La encargada no dio ninguna solucion ni compensacion

Le personnel est très accueillant, attentionné et professionnel. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est proche de la grande plage et des commerces. Emplacement top. La bâtisse est charmante, typique basque.

Le manque de volets à ma chambre ! Donc réveillé avec le soleil !
