Bathroom and kitchen spaces had hair in them. Bathroom smelt. Bathroom had a sticky space on the floor. Skirting boards and floor behind the bedsides were very dirty with dust and fluff. Kitchen utilities were poor (mismatched cutlery and crockery). No washing up cloth or liquid supplied.

The room was much larger than expected and had many items that made the stay fabulous.

That the carpet was not vaccumed There was a kids bluey toothpaste tube nearly emptied on the bathroom sink womens dirty underwear under the bathrool sink and in the second draw of bathroom sink was mens razors from previous people
