the room was dirty. inadequate facilities no enough cups the ones supplied were dirty. the smell of disinfectant was over powering. the pool was out of service which was dissapointing for my kids.

Door key wouldn't work. Turns out they double booked and we didn't have a room at the cascades. They sent us across town to their other motel.
