"Avoid if possible"

Grotty and feels like a time warp, late night swimmers (until 2am) no security or staff to sort them out, burn outs and homeless people drunk in the back carpark. Cheap pod style room leaked in heavy rain and backs onto a carpark which had homeless talking all night.

"Exceptional"

We booked one night and wanted to extend to which told it was fully booked out...got a text about an hour after we left telling us there was a cancellation and would we like the room. Saved us from trying to find another place to stay that night.. will definitely be back.

"Not a good experience"

The receptionist who checked me out was lovely, very friendly.

The rooms were dirty, food and cobwebs by the fridge, carpet very badly stained, mold on the curtains
