Motel RDL- au Vieux Piloteux

The location is great. The lady at check-in was kind.

I have stayed there many times as I travel from Gaspé to Montreal several times a year and always had a good stay but this time I was given a room in the back of the motel. The room was not renovated, with old furniture, entrance door dirty from the inside. Also the tv didn’t work since the HDMI wire to connect the service provider box to the tv was removed because it was completely exposed at one end. I reported it, asked for another room but it wasn’t possible to upgrade me for the same price because I had booked a room with one bed and the only rooms vacant had two beds. I considered finding another hotel in the area but two men showed up at my door and went to get another wire. After a long day of driving, I decided to stay but will probably not return to that motel again.

Pas de tapis dans la chambre , la literie confortable . Chambre propre En plus une petite table avec des chaises confortable .

La chambre est très correct. la propreté était bien.

Il n'y avait pas d'eau chaude! et quand j'ai avisé la réception il ne s'est meme pas excusé! Il avait l'air de rien.

La chambre

Le propriétaire m’a d’abord attribué chambre fumeur , très sale et nauséabonde alors que j'avais réservé une chambre non fumeur .Quand je suis allée lui dire il m'a demandé d’attendre qu’on fasse le menage dans d'autres chambres avant ...je lui ai donc demandé de me restituer mes sous pour que j'aille voir ailleurs .En ce moment il me donne des clés d’une autre chambre qui se trouve etre celle que j’avais reçu en photo au moment de ma réservation.
