Martin Fields Beach Retreat

Good accommodation for the Afl grandfinal with my best mate - my husband said

They had done up a reasonable old building to be clean, new decorations, and overall better standard than we'd expected. Host was good at providing directions on the day to check we had found the place ok, and offered nice cooked breakfast in the morning.

We booked 2 rooms at the same price a twin and a double. The double was fine but the twin was same size as a laundry room!! 2 single Beds were shoved in at ridiculous angles and for $259 per night it was a disgrace when the double room was same price but massive space in it. What a disgrace by this hotel to charge the same price of obviously different standards!!

great experence nice quiet accommodation great owner

We stayed here for one night on our trip to Margaret River because we booked at the last minute and couldn't get any closer hotels. It was quite far from all the places we wanted to visit. Neverless it was a pleasant stay as the host was very friendly and cooked us a lovely breakfast. My only complaint is the bedsheets were piling like they had been washed too many times and the pillow was very flat. I don't know if I would stay here again due to the location but if you wanted a place to retreat then this is fine
