Location. Cleanliness of the rooms and the kindness and hospitality of the personnel. The service of talking and bringing the lagage from parking place to the rooms. Breakfast ❣️ It is really a very nice hotel ❣️ It is recommended ❣️ Very nice bathroom.

Maybe some noises from outside due to the hotel's proximity to the pedestrian zone. But someone is not possible to have everything 😊😊😊...

Location of the hotel is great, it is in the center of the old city, easily findable and very convenient for taking walks around the city We liked our room, it felt very authentic Lady on the reception was very friendly and helpful Oh, and breakfast is available in the restaurant on the ground floor and it was very good! I’d really recommend staying in this hotel, it exceeded my expectations

Very clean, rooms are big and comfortable

This is absolutely not a four starts hotel. Zero facilities of 4 stars hotel. I have no clue what made them think they are. And for the cost of the staying you expect more.
