Personál a hlavne pani na recepcii veľmi milá a ústretová.

Raňajky, veľmi slabé, hlavne káva a žiadna možnosť alternatívy mlieka nakoľko nemôžem laktózu - väčšinou je to už štandard. Tiež vankúš z peria a starý ťažký paplón. Za uvedenú cenu som očakávala troška vyššiu kvalitu, ale dalo sa to zvládnuť.

Příjemný hotel nedaleko od centra pro ty, co nepotřebují mít "luxus" a prostředí drahého hotelu. Ochotný personál na recepci, velký pokoj s kuchyňkou, ledničkou, rychlovarnou konvicí a mikrovlnou troubou, dostatek úložných prostor, vše čisté, postele pohodlné, matrace pocitově trochu tužší, ale spalo se na nich velmi dobře. Snídaně pestrá a v dostatečném množství, nápoje taktéž. U hotelu dostatečně velké parkoviště za závorou jen pro hosty za symbolickou cenu.

Nic závadného jsem neshledal.

Very good location being around 10-15 minute walk away from Pardubice main station, Staff were very friendly and spoke good English, Spacious rooms and very comfy pillows. And the 24 hour check in desk was very useful as we checked out early in the morning.
