Buona la pulizia, lo spazio e l'ambiente. L'ascensore alla sera era bloccato. La presenza alla reception era limitata.

Non è la prima volta che soggiorno e ho sempre trovato il residence all'altezza delle migliori aspettative in termini di pulizia, cortesia, organizzazione e servizi

residence curato situato in zona molto tranquilla di notte. ottima accoglienza, buone le condizioni generali.

I booked a night at this hotel during a recent trip top Italy. I have used Hotels.com many many times and have never had an issue until this time. First, the hotel is located next to abandoned desolate buildings in a really shady area. We did not feel safe at all! And we are seasoned travelers, not the type that expect a 5 start resort at all. Second, there was no one at the desk to help us and the place was locked up. We called the number on the window and the guy said he would be right down, but 15 minutes later, no one was there. Over all, really bad description of the place, and we did not feel safe AT ALL!

Apartment was nice and clean, staff were friendly

Чистый, новый,тёплый, с парковкой и всей необходимой посудой в номере. Наш двухкомнатный номер был большой, комфортный, с двумя туалетами и большой кухней-гостиной. Очень понравилось. Соотношение цена-качество замечательное. Для автопутешественников с кучей чемоданов идеально - лифт из подземного гаража к номерам, ровные полы без порогов. Ездили на водопад - от апартаментов близкое расстояние.
