Airport pick up service charge is so high.. Can understand it should be higher than we called taxi but it’s too higher than expectations Hope this can be improved or suggested you can call taxi from airport by yourself not via hotel system Except above, people is nice and room as well Breakfast also not bad

업무출장차 방문했는데 일에 집중할 수 있도록 잘 정돈된 분위기가 좋았습니다. 특별히 기억에 남는 것은 친절한 직원분들의 따뜻한 인사가 기억에 남습니다. Erna 직원은 유독 기억에 남네요. 다음에 또 방문하고 싶습니다.

Facility of that hotel is quite good because the building where I live is new one.

This hotel is not for only for hotel customer. They managed both the hotel and the residence. For hotel members, the request of the residence's member is the priority rather than hotel customer's one. The residence's member worked in the near factory because they used uniforms. I saw a lot of times, that workers come on to women workers even though in the lobby and breakfast area with loud voice and laughing. (Ask what's up number, ask the location of the workers house, and so on) Its not common things in the hotel.

Friendly staff, clean room, service was good and fast. Food at the hotel is good. Free shuttle service.

Its nice breakfast. The most nice things is big room and nice facility. If you have a chane to visit karawang, you choose this hotel for your stay.

I got different treats. In the morning, there are two restaurant for residence and hotel guest. Residence restaurant is better than restaurant for hotel guest.
