Fantastic place to stay! The room was a amazing and clean. I love that there is a charging spot on site for EV's. The thermal pool was so nice in the cold. I cant wait to be back

Awesome location Underfloor heating

Dated - kitchen units need a refurb - mdf warped under sink, when washing dishes beware of the microwave above at forehead level. Colour scheme very drab. Advertised as luxury appartments - not luxury Outside thermal pool not visually appealling in room 4 - stayed for 3 nights and was not able to fill up as water pressure very low each time we tried Car parking a mission - very narrow spaces, first come, first served. Passenger had to vacate car before parking in space

We had a fantastic stay at Baycrest Motel in Taupo. The room was spotless, modern, and very well presented. The bed was extremely comfortable and provided a great night's sleep after a day out exploring the area. The view was beautiful, and the spa bath was a real highlight – perfect for relaxing and unwinding. Everything was clean and well maintained, and the motel offered excellent value for money. The location is great, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend Baycrest Motel to anyone visiting Taupo. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 – Comfortable, clean, relaxing, and great value.

Comfortable bed. Close to town and eateries.

Spa pool would not fill on second Occassion. But was enjoyable when filled on first Occassion. Unit above had very noisy plumbing which reverberated thru our unit.

Room was spotless and very comfortable. We had a nice view of the lake and a big bath tub. Really appreciated being provided with some milk. Friendly staff. A short walk into the town centre along the lake. We enjoyed a dip in the thermal pools.

Nothing I can think of - a great pit stop on our journey
