equipe de atendimento muito muito atenciosa

O quarto não tinha secador de cabelo, acho isso bem ruim. Mas o mais chato foi que ao fazer a reserva não tive a informação clara que não estava incluso o cafe da manha e nem apareceu a opção de incluir. Apenas fiquei sabendo no momento do e mail de confirmação. Ao fazer o check in o funcionário comentou que essa é uma queixa recorrente dos hospedes booking. Penso que precisa ser revista essa forma de comunicação.

Acomodação limpa e em ordem, estrutura nova, muito bem localizado, café da manha e atendimento dos funcionários excepcionais,

Escada na entrada, porém, compensada por serviço de recepção de bagagem, o quarto não tem ferro de passar e o secador de cabelo é fornecido na recepção sob demanda.
