Great location and value for money as I stay here each time I travel to area.

Neighbouring people were in a group, they were very loud and slamming doors, walls are too thin I could hear them screaming playing with dog and then it was barking at them most of night.

The property is in a beautiful location and has amazing potential. A short drive or bike ride into town so is close to everything in Lakes Entrance but away from the busyness of it all. The room was a decent size but wasted space with the spa bath. The pub at the end of the street serves a nice meal with live music which we enjoyed. Considering it was Easter weekend we paid a very reasonable price… but you get what you pay for!!

The property is outdated and tired and the room we stayed in needs a really good clean. The grout in the wall and floor tiles is disgusting and doesn’t look like it’s been cleaned thoroughly in decades. The shower curtain needs replacing. The bathroom fan also hasn’t been cleaned in a very long time. The quilts don’t have covers on them and are stained which is repulsive. The pillows were terrible. The towels were stained and thread bare - one looked like it hadn’t been washed since the previous user dried their dirty butt - luckily I noticed this right before drying my face 🤢 Nowhere to hang towels to dry. I was offered daily housekeeping and specifically requested to have fresh towels daily but this only occurred 2/5 days - annoying when getting back to the room after reception has closed and have a pile of wet towels on bathroom floor still. The fridge froze everything. The light over the sink doesn’t work. The sink tap dripped if not turned off super tight. The curtains don’t block out the light so the room was very bright during the night. We had friends staying at one of the caravan parks so spent our days out and about and only came back to sleep and shower at the property. I’m glad we didn’t need to spend more time than we did there. We didn’t use the pool or spa bath. This property has so much potential and just needs some time and elbow grease to give it a good clean, update linens and it would be amazing.

Location is good and easy for excess.
