Seascape Villa Bed & Breakfast

We were given a friendly greeting by Dave , who then gave us an informative look around the facilities. The area was lovely and quiet ,being in a cul-de-sac and very close to many other things to do in Tauranga .In the morning the breakfast laid out was superb, with as much choice as any fine restaurant . It was great chatting to our hosts while having breakfast. I would recommend this as a place to stay when in the Bay of Plenty.

Kind host and clean room but we didn't enjoy staying there. we checked in around 3 pm, only checked parking and quick tour what available in there, didn't open our carrier yet. there was a limited time to use the lounge and dining room by 10 pm. when we arrived around 9 pm, all night off in the house. only entrance light turned on since it's the sensor. no lights on the stairs and no signs on the door. there are 4 white doors looked the same. we lost the direction and had trouble to find our room and dining room door. we were hurried to have take-out food in the kitchen bar since the dining table was set for the following day breakfast. there was no consideration for the clients. (or I'm bad to come back late time?). we had to stay in the compact room since there was not allowed to stay in the lounge after 10 pm. we felt stuck in the clean cell. we packed and left early morning before breakfast (scheduled 8 am). there was nor further expectation for us as our resting rhythm went wrong and was not a good condition to wait for the host. I called and checked out and cancelled the breakfast order around 7am. it depends on the client's routine, but unfortunately, it was no match for us in this journey.

'What's not to like' may be a rhetorical question, but encapsulates this modern bed & breakfast with its high standards and quiet location. It was perfect and met all our needs 'to a T'. Thank you David and Tatiana.

Spacious room and en suite with satellite tv and both bath and shower. Wonderful friendly hosts provided an incredible variety for breakfast. It's 11km from the mount so there's a compromise on location if that's where you want to spend most time. But is much better value for money.
