Everything! Lovely period property with internal decor to match. Roger was an exceptional host, thanks for the coffee and home made cakes they were fabulous, delicious breakfast too, area is beautiful. Did not dine in town so cannot comment on very local food, would recommend The Lakes Hotel for a special dinner. Elan valley is a must.

"A unique Edwardian timepiece house with great hosts and in beautiful countryside"

Ardwyn is a loving evocation of the house as built in 1905, decorated entirely in period and immaculately presented. We enjoyed a great welcome, a comfortable night’s sleep and a breakfast that was obviously prepared with care.

The welcome. The lovely decor. The welcome tea and biscuits. The room and bathroom. The blinds. Such a comfortable sleep in a comfortable bed. Extras in the room. Very relaxing and peaceful . Breakfast was fantastic
