Away from the stress and noise of Kho Samui. the Conrad Hilton offers fantastic views on the 5 islands and ,thanks to an incredible engineering feast, villas with pools that literally hang on a steep and quiet cliff South West of the island. If you want peace, you can get it there while savoring your daily sunset from your wide terrace. The only traffic in the resort is that of small electro buggies smoothly mastering the narrow and at times very steep paths leading to the villas and the restaurants. Marco Araujo, the Portuguese General Manager and his team make you immediately at home and respond quickly to all your needs. The quality of our infinity pool villa was impeccable and the service was first class. A nice touch from the room team: Every day we received a bath towel on our large bed expertly folded in the form of a cute animal with a good day greeting. Breakfasts, lunches and dinners were faultless in each of the 3 restaurants. The restaurant personnel was very professional and extremely attentive without being obtrusive. Within 2 days everybody there knew our favorite dishes and culinary preferences. You can feel the professional training of all, from the buggy drivers to the gardeners, the waiters, the maids and the reception team. And this training is even further reinforced with the natural softness and kindness of the Thai people leading to a very cozy and comfortable atmosphere overall.

Conrad Koh Samui – Don’t Even Think About It. Just Book. We stayed in Villa 308 and it was pure perfection. Unreal sunsets every evening — genuinely breathtaking and something we’ll never forget. Mornings were effortless and calm: a short walk to the fully equipped gym, then straight to breakfast. Breakfast deserves its own applause — one of the best we’ve had anywhere, beautifully done, relaxed, and consistently exceptional. The on-site coffee shop became a daily ritual. Our flat whites were made with real care and love, and honestly rivalled some of the best coffee we’ve had in Europe. The bartenders, Palm and Mawin, were outstanding — warm, attentive, fun, and incredibly talented. Drinks were perfection, but it was their energy that really elevated the experience. The spa is absolutely beautiful. The massages were worth every penny — deeply relaxing, expertly delivered, and set in a serene space that instantly slows you down. A huge, heartfelt mention to Nan on reception — she truly made our trip memorable. She went over and above for us with kindness, efficiency, and genuine care. Service like hers is rare and unforgettable. We hired an SUV and explored the island, which was fantastic — but the best part of every day was coming back to our villa, slipping into the pool, and watching the sunset in total peace. Dinner at Jahn Restaurant was literally divine — exceptional food, flawless service, and a setting that felt truly special. If you’re feeling energetic, try the Thai boxing on the beach — such a fun, unique experience and a brilliant way to do something different in a stunning setting. What really sets this resort apart is the atmosphere. If you want peace, relaxation, and space to truly switch off, this is the place. Daily activities and excursions — like coffee-brewing experiences and wellness sessions — add thoughtful touches without ever feeling forced. Don’t overthink it. Book. You won’t regret it.

Just finished a family trip for 18 person family trip at the Conrad Koh Samui and it was just a fantastic stay. Staff was consistently excellent - Zye was exceptional throughout my stay and helped diligently and effortlessly coordinate a couple of family activities for me - really made this trip such a pleasure. Staff throughout was extremely friendly- Nan and Dear were exceptional to deal with as well and my family really appreciated the service on offer at the hotel. Overall the rooms were gorgeous and modern, and location was excellent. It’s not the most walkable resort give it’s location at the edge of a hill, but the buggies were very efficient. Dining on the resort was really good but ofcourse more expensive than off-resort offering - as would be expected- but we’re still good. Breakfast to was really good. Can’t recommend the resort enough for what it offers in its hard and soft product. Can’t wait to go back.. though next time I’ll probably ditch the extended family!
