Grecotel Casa Marron

From our perspective, as a couple, this was not the hotel for us - we remembered what it was like to have children and it would have been a great location as it is lively and full of young families. The beach is good , the pools are busy and full of families. Our room was very sparsely furnished and our ‘private balcony’ was a very narrow ledge. The food is ok but not much width of choice - the service was a bit chaotic. The guest relations team were excellent and listened carefully to my suggestions on creating quiet dining and pool space for adults. If you have a young family this is a great place to go.

Beach is beautiful. Size of the resort is impressive. But not a relaxing place to visit. Majority of guests have little children running around screaming. The resort also likes to blast techno music until late at night right next to the main building of rooms. Definitely not relaxing. My room had a non working phone and a shower that didn't drain. No compensation made. I asked about a refund for checking out early, they would not accommodate.

Beautiful layout, nice facilities, good dining options.

Πραγματικά εντυπωσιάστηκαμε από τις παροχές. Απρόσμενα υψηλού επιπέδου all inclusive. Πολύ όμορφος περιβάλλοντας χώρος. Μόνο το δωμάτιο ήταν μικρό και απλοϊκό, αλλά δεν έπαιξε κανένα ρόλο γιατί εντυπωσιάστηκαμε από όλα τα υπόλοιπα (αυτο ειναι κατι που δύσκολα διορθωνεται, γιατι το ξενοδοχειο δεν ειναι καινούργιο, αλλα το ελλειμα αυτο καταφερνουν να το υπερκαλυψουν με ολα τα αλλα).Το φαγητο και τα ποτα ήταν top. Όλα πολύ καθαρά, προσεγμένα και πολυτελή. Πλήρως ανακαινισμένο και σε εξαιρετική κατάσταση. Καθημερινά έβλεπες υπαλλήλους να βάφουν τοίχους, να φροντίζουν τους κήπους κλπ. Δεν υπήρχαν καθόλου φθορές. Όλοι πολύ ευγενικοί και εξυπηρετικοί. Μας πήραν π.χ. τηλέφωνο για να μας ενημερωσουν οταν ξεχασαμε το παραθυρο του αυτοκινητου στο παρκινγκ ανοιχτο, οπως και οταν δεν μας εύρισκε ο γιος μας. Εκει σιγουρα δεν χανεται κανενα παιδι. Κάνουν τα μέγιστα για να περάσει καλά ο πελατης. Αν και ειμαστε συνηθισμένοι απο πενταστερα ξενοδοχεια και ειμαστε γενικα αρκετα απαιτητικοι και ιδιοτροποι, ενθουσιάστηκε με αυτό το ξενοδοχείο, ειμασταν συνεχως με ενα χαμογελο στα χειλη και περάσαμε υπέροχα. Προφανως και θα το ξαναεπισκεφτουμε.

Laut Beschreibung auf der Homepage des Hotels und beim Vermittler wurde das Hotel im Winter renoviert. Als wir Ende Mai dort ankamen, stellte sich jedoch bereits beim Pförtnerhäuschen am Eingang raus, dass die Renovierung noch lange nicht abgeschlossen war! Die Zimmer waren zwar sehr hübsch und neu, aber von den mehreren Pools, die auf den Bildern herrlich aussahen, waren einige noch im Bau begriffen und gar nicht befüllt. Auch war anscheinend nur eines der Restaurants geöffnet. Die Wege wurden mit Presslufthammern bearbeitet. Es waren gefühlt etwa 10 Gäste dort, und 3mal soviele Handwerker. Der Strand ist übrigens nicht, wie in der Beschreibung dargestellt, ein Sandstrand, sondern ein Kiesstrand. Nach einer kurzen Beschwerde wurden wir noch am gleichen Tag in ein anderes Hotel der Grecotel Gruppe gebracht, das Beschwerdemanagement zumindest funktioniert gut. Es ist nicht verständlich, wie das Grecotel Management die Hotelseite noch mit weiteren gerenderten Fotos updatet, wenn die Renovierung bestimmt noch einen Monat andauert, und nirgendwo einen Hinweis zum Stand der Bauarbeiten gibt.

Hotel is ideal for families looking for relaxation along with their kids. Excellent surroundings, excellent pools, excellent kids animation great beach excellent breakfast, medium lunch, nice dinner quality & quantity. I definitely propose it and will visit again...

It was ok.. Ok for the children and adults. Load. Average food, too expensive for the service and quality received but if u want that location it's pretty much all that's around
