Lovely comfortable room with everything we needed, including tea, coffee, hot chocolate, biscuits and chocolates as well as toiletries, good night's sleep. Very friendly hosts, Paul and Sarah. Delicious breakfast in pretty farmhouse dining room.

Arrived at 1 o’clock and Paul showed us to our accommodation as it was ready for us. The room had everything and more. Lots of leaflets useful phones numbers places to eat and a full complement of tea coffee hot chocolate and fresh milk. Toiletries. 10 mins walk into Buxton. Perfect

Comfortable room, very quiet overnight despite its proximity to a busy road, easy to walk into the town (uphill all the way back which might not suit everyone), lots of local information available, very friendly proprietor, super breakfast, very good value.

Excellent Breakfast with a great choice cooked fresh. Great Hosts Room nicely done and good bed.

Room just a tad small for me especially the bathroom, but a super facility. It wouldnt stop me booking again.
