Friendly owners ,great breakfast . Good communication ,and local info . Lovely old house ,nice linen towels ,shower all nice and clean Great that we could stay just one night on route to Yorkshire

An ideal base to explore Buxton. Beautifully kept. Comfortable bed and plenty of literature available for the area. Lovely breakfast. The owners were most accommodating.

Nothing really although maybe the outside chairs could do with an upgrade.

Lovely property, well equipped and very well decorated.

No issues at all. Dog friendly. However dogs are not permitted in the main house when having breakfast. Perhaps this could be mentioned in the booking details.

"Everything we could have hoped for"

The hosts were fabulous. We stayed for my partners birthday so I made contact early about decorating the room and catering for his dietary needs. Paul was quick to respond and went out of his way to make the room look special. Breakfast was also great and the hosts double checked all ingredients with us, making us feel at ease and the breakfast enjoyable.
