Lady behind counter that nice morning when we ate breakfast. Very rude and didn't like her attitude.

Great price doesn't mean much if the room is icky with sketchy characters lurking about but this is a refreshing bargain. Doug at the front desk is friendly & efficient, sometimes even has a corny joke to share with me. Fridge/micro & free wifi. Park in front of your own door. Mostly blue collar clientele but have NEVER been the least bit intimidated & always felt safe walking my little dog the many times I've stayed here over the past couple years . Typically I prefer Holiday Inn Express but it"s TWICE the price !!! With the money saved a person could easily get a proper sit down breakfast at the nearby Cracker Barrel if the light continental isn't enough to start your day. My 1st choice in this area.
