Værelset var småt, men gulvtæppet var beskidt ved ankomst og ligeså efter værelset var blev rengjort på 3 dagen.

"Serviceable, central and efficient"

The room size was larger than some other business hotels I've stayed at. The TV shows the status of the public bath, and how crowded it is, which was great. Super central location surrounded by cafes, bars and restaurants. Very generous with the change of towels and yukatas. Really like the switch on the bedhead that turns off all of the lights in the room in one go, without having to get up and switch them off one by one.

Not a fan of the pillows - they were all different shapes and thicknesses, which was a bit odd. The pillow cases didn't fit them well as a result of this. The line at reception was always really long; it felt like only 1-2 counters were ever open, and only 1-2 members of staff were available, even during the busiest periods. Bottled water is only provided upon check-in and never replenished. You can't individually control the temperature in your room. It's centrally controlled in the entire hotel, which makes for a few uncomfortable nights if it's not hot / cold enough for you.

La almohada no me convenció, pedi otra y me dijeron que solo manejan un tipo de almohada.
