Villa San Blas Chillout - Princesa Yaiza 7

Lola's villa was amazing, located in Tias - charming little town, but close to everything we need - Hiperdino shop just 9 min to walk. Also located central to all places we wanna to reach by car jut 30 min drive to our favourite Papagayo beach. Spotless clean, beds very comfortable. Lola is an awesome person - I asked her for a blender, grater and she brought it for me. Thank you, Lola, for your kindness! Amazing views from terrace with swimming pool. Great holiday with a great host.

Location is the main reason we return to this villa although the villa meets our needs very well. Always a pleasure to stay at this villa.

We needed to chill and this was definitely the place. Spotlessly clean with the best bed and pillows to give a great night’s sleep. Plenty of space to chill by the pool with a great sea view in the distance. Sun all day with shade available if needed. Excellent quality sun beds with large patio table and chairs. Well equipped kitchen with everything you need. Both bathrooms have large powerful showers. Tias (10 min walk) is perfect for daily needs - HiperDino supermarket, San Antonios Panificadora sells the best sweet treats and bread to take away or eat in their cafe (great to chill whilst people watching and listening to friends and families chatting away in Spanish). Numerous bars and eateries with Prima Luna Pizzeria being a real gem. If you don’t want to use the car I think there are plenty of buses to PDC, Arrecife etc. Finally and an extremely important point, Lola is so welcoming and efficient. We had no issues whatsoever but know that she would have dealt with anything immediately and competently.

Having to leave but mitigated by knowing we will return in the future.

Séjour d'une semaine à la découverte de Lanzarote. Voyage fabuleux!! De très belles plages, un paysage volcanique somptueux, et des gens très sympas ! Et la maison est absolument parfaite. Complètement privative, jolie, spacieuse et bien équipée, très propre et literie très confortable. Quartier très calme, mais à proximité immédiate des commerces de Tias. Ville super sympa et idéalement située dans l'île, ce qui permet de rayonner partout très rapidement si on loue une voiture (services de bus également il me semble). Puerto del Carmen à 2,5km. Superbe terasse avec belle piscine, qui peut être chauffée sur demande (en supplément). Et le pompon, une vue mer extraordinaire... Magnifique point de vue car la maison est sur les hauteurs. Un vrai petit Paradis pour se ressourcer et déconnecter. Un grand merci également à Lola qui est une hôte vraiment adorable, très discrète mais aux petits soins et disponible si besoin, ou pour donner des conseils de visites et bonnes adresses. Nous avons adoré Lanzarote et cette maison, nous reviendrons. 😍

This was our fifth stay at this wonderful villa, it is so well positioned and it suits us because it’s within a ten minute drive from the airport and we have relatives who live nearby. The views are amazing and it’s not overlooked and the pool is great.

One small point is the kitchen could do with a couple of cooking trays or dishes apart from that everything great.

The location of the villa is on a quiet cul-de-sac a short walk from the centre of Tias and only a short walk to the towns cafes, bars and restaurants. The outside space is larger than the other villas on the street with a wonderful sea view, while the terrace and pool area were in the sunlight for most of the day. The villa had excellent facilities and all you needed to make it a home from home.
