"Nice stay for the Eden Sessions, lovely host"

The owner was lovely, very friendly and helped with where to park our car at the rear of the property, went out of their way to accommodate a plant-based breakfast for us on each morning.

Nothing really, the shower head in our bathroom would not stay up on the vertical bar, but I am sure that is easily addressed

Li was an excellent host, there was great communication before our stay and she was very hospitable and welcoming. Our room was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed.

Fantastisk flott plass å bo. Li er en utmerket vert, hyggelig og hjelpsom. Nydelig frokost. Skinnende rent og pent. Vi koste oss virkelig den uken vi var hos Li. Ble så godt tatt vare på. Fantastisk Dame. Ingen tvil om at det er der vi skal bo ved neste besøk av St.Austell

Li, the host is absolutely wonderful. Nothing is too much trouble and the breakfast is delicious.

"The gem of St Austell"

We really enjoyed our stay at Bankside. The facilities in the room provide everything needed for a comfortable experience. Li was the perfect host and couldn't do enough for us during our stay. The breakfasts were absolutely superb and kept away any hunger pangs for hours. It's very conveniently located for St Austell but equally well placed for other tourist hotspots if travelling by car.

"Top notch"

Spacious room with lovely views and good sized en suite. Property is well located in St Austell, easy walking distance to town centre for food, shops and attractions. Cooked breakfast and coffee were both excellent. Host Li was attentive and made my stay very pleasant. Would highly recommend this place.

Bank side was a perfect location to attend our pre booked events near St Austell The rooms were comfortable, clean and spacious . The host and her family were very warm , friendly and welcoming . 😄

La signora gentilissima, aveva tutte le attenzioni per farti stare bene. In stanza metteva sempre tutto in ordine e puliva molto bene. Lo consiglio

A 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione dell' autobus (che va benissimo)
