"Perfect for the Eden Project"

We booked the property to visit the Eden Project which was just 12 minutes away by car. We had the 'Loft' which was over the garage. It was separate from the house so very quiet and private.

There were a lot of steps up to the room over the garage and also down to the house for breakfast.

"Fabulous B&B"

Everything about our stay was absolutely first rate... The owner was so friendly and breakfast was very good... The room was lovely and it was quiet, very close to St Austell... So pleased and would stay here again.

We were a family of four and stayed in the "loft" which was a very pleasant experience. The room was super clean and very quiet. Beds comfortable. Li was a very welcoming host. Close to town. Half an hour drive to Newquay and around an hour drive to St. Ives. Breakfast delicious. We enjoyed our stay here and can highly recommend this B&B to any family looking for a short break in Cornwall at an affordable cost. Thank you Li 😀

"Great place - better than a hotel."

What's not to like! We stayed in the 'Loft', a self contained out-building, which was roomy, comfortable, clean and very quiet. Li, our host, was friendly, very helpful and her breakfasts were great. Can certainly recommend this property.

Nothing (was a bit of a walk to the train station but if you're travelling by car there is parking right outside)
