"Excellent little gem."

We were made to feel extremely welcome as soon as we arrived. Nothing was too much trouble for John and Donna, the owners. Our room was spotless. Breakfast was freshly cooked with plenty of choices. Excellent location, quiet, however close to tram stop, and Pleasure Beach. Would definitely stay here again and definitely recommend. Thank you, John & Donna, for a wonderful stay.

Friendly staff and great location to the south pier

The shower just couldn't get it to a comfortable temperature to take a shower did report it on leaving as our stay was for one night only.

Everything was perfect and John and Donna were the perfect hosts, we arrived 3 hours early but were given full access to our room, also John sourced us on site parking, which isn’t part of the package, the breakfast was so lovely and the lady doing service was brilliant, thanks to you all for our fantastic stay

Situated up on south shore near the pleasure beach. Ir has parking out front so that is ideal no parking costs. Hosts are very welcoming and made the stay lovely. Rooms clean and have a modern look very nice. Enjoyed our stay.

Bathroom was on the small side but was no big problem.

Very clean. Nice furnishings. Big breakfast.

Rain was dripping all night through the window frame. Kept us awake. Blinds at the windows not curtains let the light in.
