This was a very nice and comfortable hotel. It included an exceptional continental breakfast. The amenities were very nice. I just wish we had more time to spend here. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The shuttle service was incredibly efficient and much appreciated. We will absolutely stay here the next time we visit!

Although it states airport hotel it’s about a10 min drive BUT they do provide free transportation. Great spa and workout area

Very nice, modern hotel in excellent location for early airport flights & free transport. Decent restaurant on site, but not much else around. Disappointed pool unavailable, and bath shower design leaks onto floor, but minor issues.

It had been a very stressful trip - flight diverted bc of emergency, missed connection, long lines at the airport to rebook, 2 days of flying and another to go. I picked this hotel only bc it had a free shuttle to and from the airport, but I was very pleasantly surprised. You catch a cab from the taxi stand (but the hotel pays for it), and then you walk thru a lovely garden to a peaceful lobby. The minute I walked in, all my stress disappeared. There was a lovely restaurant and a charming small bar, where I was poured a delicious glass of wine. The room was small (a twin), but the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was nice and that was all that I needed for my 6 hour lay over. I walked by a nice small conference room, but I never saw the spa area. All in all, it was a gem, and I will try to return for a longer visit

We are a Canadian family travelling to Europe a few times per year. This time at the end of our trip in Budapest we were caught by really severe weather conditions and were looking forward to a relaxing overnight stay at Budapest Aiport, Stacio Wellness and Conference Hotel after a difficult evening bus ride from Vienna. These dreams remained only high hopes. We were assigned a room on the first floor. The room was of good size but had no support for our luggage. Instead, it had so many unneeded and unwanted little objects, which people stopping here for one night do not use and do not even know where to put. I am a long-term disability person and cannot bend over the suitcase spread on the floor. So my husband and my daughter had to assist me all the while. The biggest surprise has awaited us in the bathroom. The bath tub was really high and there was no anything solid around I could grab to help my descent into it. Again, my family was here to help me. The shower head was positioned outsite the part separated by the glass, so it was a challenging acrobatic effort to use the shower during bathing because my left arm does not function and I had only one hand to hold the shower head and wash myself. Of course, there was water spilled everywhere on the floor, the counter, the other towels etc... The whole bathroom was soaking wet. The two spare towels have become wet right away and my daughter had to call the reception for more towels. The gentleman arrived some time later with 3 or 4 other big towels, completely unapologetic, unsurprised and did not offer us to change the rooms. Just on the contrary, he told us this was normal and ALL the rooms on the first floor had this problem. We had to wipe the floors after each shower we took that evening, remove wated from wet towels and then pass them again. After this group exercise, I was so upset and agitated that I could not fall asleep for several hours. In the morning, we were up at 4.00 am and downstairs at 5.00 am. I complained about our experience and no apology was offered by a young receptionist. We were NOT offered any coffee even though breakfast was supposed to be included in our price. The only pleasant person was a driver of the van, who drove us to the airport, a sweet and professional person indeed. After our arrival home, I called the hotel a few times and got myself into a CAT-MOUSE play with a <> manager, who refused to answer my call even though he was at the hotel. A terrible experience of an indifferent, disorganized, unfriendly and uprofessional hotel operation. Shame upon you for not knowing the basics of business you are trying to run. I now demand an apology and a reimbursement of my payment.

Gym was good but hotel very average. Food was pretty awful.
