The Ashleigh

Breakfast was great, served piping hot and plenty of everything. Lesley and Ian were very attentive hosts. Beds are super comfy with everything you could need included. We all enjoyed the lounge where we could all congregate and meet up. It's in a great location, easy walking distance to the town and some lovely (and lively!) places to eat and drink

Not much the hotel can do, but parking in high season must be quite tricky and would need some planning. Once parked, you don't really need your car though as everything is close by. About a five minute walk to the pier.

Our host was great - made us feel very welcome and sat down to chat. Room was small but comfortable and clean.

Facing on to the road it was a bit noisy with late revellers, but being in a holiday town probably to be expected

The location of the property was brilliant as near to the railway station and sea front. I used the property as a base to catch a train each day to go to a different location. Ian and Lesley were great hosts and provided a lovely breakfast each day. I sat on the lovely sun deck in the evenings.

A great day, we couldn’t ask for more. The owners were welcoming and warm, they couldn’t do enough for us. The room was clean and comfortable, appreciated all the tea and coffee and I’m a bit of an addict but never ran out! B&B is in a convenient location, walkable and ideal bass for going further out of Paignton. We’ll be back!

Great location. Nice outdoor seating area. Beds comfortable. Fully stocked rooms. Honesty fridge was great idea and handy.

Bathroom was a little cramped and sink was in bedroom.

We did not have breakfast as we were late rising. As for my self having a heart condition. It was great just to walk to the beach, and the town was just so near. So go again NO. The train journey was too long. Yes we had a great time.👍🏼💚🤗🥰👋❤️🤗🤩👍🏼
