"This hotel needs to be updated or at the very least, repaired. Not a very good value for what we got"

The room was big and we were right by the stairs, which made it convenient to take out the dog.

Hall was so hot and there were fans blowing like they had a water leak. The carpet was taken up in the stairwell and the carpet tack strips were still there with their nails sticking up. Very unsafe. The side door that went outside wouldn’t work with the key so I had to always stick something in the door to prop it open. Wasn’t just my key-it was multiple people who had to do this. Dryer didn’t work. No body wash. Beds were decent but still not very comfortable. No usb plugs for phone chargers. Breakfast was decent, nothing great.

the indoor pool was nice and beds are comfortable

TV wouldn’t work, jets in spa tube didn’t work, lamp was broken, outlets are loose so nothing can charge, restrooms are like hospital restrooms and water gets everywhere from shower, and i found a baby roach in the room
