"Highly Recommend for anyone looking for good B&B's in Edinburgh!"

Stayed here for 4 Nights whilst visiting Edinburgh for the Fringe Festival. I stayed in the single bed room, it was very cosy with a desk, wardrobe and a TV. Nice view of the Bowling Green from the Window and the bed was very comfy! Irene was a wonderful host, very friendly and welcoming. The single room does not have an En Suite but a Private Bathroom down the hall with a shower included. The Breakfast in the morning is brilliant too, you are very well looked after - (Cereal, Tea or Coffee, Toast, Fruit Cocktail, Yoghurt, Cheese, Salami and a pastry!!) Highly Recommend and coming again next year for sure!!

"Superb"

Very spacious and beautiful room. The beds were really comfortable. The host was very friendly and helpful. Very good bus connection to the city center.
