AUA great hotel between Ullapool and Durness. A very busy couple run the hotel, bar, restaurant, plumbing, admin and maintenance. Locals so know the area well. The meals were great. Good thing as there is nothing for miles in either direction. Great location for Cape Wrath tours.
We would have loved to see the log burner going as the resident lounge was cold, the bar area was also cold and therefore no-one was in there.

GBLocation and views fantastic. Great stop over in NC500. Comfortable hotel with little bar and restaurant. Menu is small but tasty. Rooms have everything you need. Owners friendly and welcoming. Welcome book is really good.
Would recommend some outdoor seating to sit especially at evening.
