The parking i feel like people shouldn’t be paying for parking its not fair especially if you are staying here

Size of the bedrooms and hotel facilities . The buffet breakfast was excellent too

The aircon was making some loud noises in our room

Lady in reception was fantastic who serviced me explained everything.

Lighting in bathroom and room wasn't bright enough/ tried to book the day spa for a massage as soon as I got there and was told booked out. I should have booked when I booked the room

Queenstown isn’t cheap, but this hotel is very over priced. Compared to other Hilton’s in NZ the rooms are not great. When checking in, after getting our keywe were told to go outside and back down the street toward the residences and take a lift to our room. We are quite perplexed as to why we were sent outside, after getting to our room we found a walkway that went between buildings and would of saved us going outside, and saved us time as it was a quicker route. We had booked a one bedroom residence, primarily due to the fact that I had some early morning international calls to make and did not want to wake my wife. Unfortunately it’s a 1 room residence, there is no bedroom it’s an open plan studio, which is significantly different from the pictures they advertise, when raising this we were told we were lucky to be staying there. We got a massage whilst we were here, my back is severely bruised, not a few burst capillaries, big dark bruises and their response was that’s normal, after hundreds of massages I have never been bruised, it’s definitely not ‘normal’ Breakfast was the highlight of the hotel, Liz is the star of the show and the quality of food is very good. All in all not a great stay, I wouldn’t recommend it and if you are looking for more than a 3 star stay, book somewhere else
