Petit déjeuner avec beaucoup de choix et en quantité suffisante. Emplacement de l'hôtel idéal pour visiter les rues piétonnes. Bon accueil du personnel.

La pression de l'eau au 4eme étage et mettre a dispo de l'eau en fontaine.

Hotel molto comodo per visitare il centro città, abbiamo prenotato anche il posto auto nel cortile, soluzione molto comoda. Il personale è stato tutto molto gentile e cordiale e la colazione varia e con prodotti di alta qualità.

Avere il WC in un posto (piccolo bagno vicino al letto) e il resto del bagno in un altro, non è il massimo della comodità...

Great location, easy walk to places we want to see. Super friendly and helpful staff. We booked a double room, very good size. Comfortable bed and pillows, very clean. Breakfast was fine. They have parking for a fee but limited. We were not able to park on our first day but they were able to accommodate us on the next day.

Perfect in every way!!! A lovely hotel, great rooms and comfortable bed.. The amazing staff were really helpful. Breakfast was great and we were lucky to find parking in the street beside the hotel. A really good location to the old town.

Stationnement assez facile dans la rue mais payant de 9 à 19h coût modeste néanmoins. Rue très calme bien qu'en centre ville ! Accueil sympathique et bien veillant Grande chambre avec bonne literie, WC séparé et SdB parfaite. Petit déjeuner varié avec des bons produits dont les oeufs bio ! Bravo !

Le café Nexpresso pourrait être remplacé par une machine à café en grains et ainsi limité l'usage d'emballage individuel. Je suis sûr qu'il y a de très bons torréfacteurs à Rouen...mieux que Nestlé !
