Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend. Leider haben wir keinen hauseigenen Parkplatz mehr bekommen, da nur eine begrenzte Zahl zu Verfügung steht. Bei Hotelbuchung sollte ein Parkplatz gleich mitgebucht werden .Das Frühstück war hervorragend.

La posizione di questo hotel di piccole dimensioni ma con un nutrito numero di camere si è rivelata perfetta e centralissima. Lo staff è stato molto gentile, sopratutto il persnale addetto alle colazioni. La colazione non poteva essere meglio di quella che abbiamo trovato. L'albergo ha tutto quello che ti serve per passare qualche giorno a Rouen. Attenzione al check in che dev'essere effettuato entro le 20 altrimenti la reception chiude.
