The room was spotless and beds very comfy. Very good sleep. The breakfast lovely. The spa very good. Location easy to get into the centre. Very well maintained and friendly staff.

A bathroom matt for when you get out of the shower. That's all I can think of.

"Slightly over priced when you add on breakfast and parking"

Location staff

Parking was hard to find and a small car park, I also did not like that although we stayed in one room we were charged 19 pounds each to park 2 cars. Breakfast was a long wait and was cold.

THE ONLY THING WOULD BE AND TOTALLY UNDERSTAND BUT CHARGING FOR THE CAR PARK ON THE HOTEL PROPERTY WAS A BIT DEAR AND COULD HAVE BEEN LESS.

Lovely place to stay and close to everything. Staff really friendly, spa facilities were really good and staff explained everything thoroughly and checked everything was ok when using the sauna, cold water plunge and hot tub. Would highly recommend and can't wait to stay again.
