Moss Hotel & Apartments

Godt fornøyd. Greit hotell. God frokost, hyggelig personale.

Arrived late at night and was exceptionally well greeted and catered to by the receptionist (English speaking). Even though only stayed for a few hours and checked out, everything required was arranged with diligency.

Great location, good sized room, excellent breakfast and very helpful and hospitable staff

Veldig hyggelig resepsjonist når vi kom, kom med tips til restaurant i byen som var perfekt. Minus; Lav bemannet resepsjon, måtte bare legge igjen romkortet siden ingen kom ved utsjekk til tross for at en ringte mange ganger på bjella! Stod en på kjøkkenet som garantert måtte ha hørt den hele tiden…. Flere i kø som prøvde å bjelle siden de så jeg hadde veldig dårlig tid, men… Ellers greit rom - enkel frokost.

I have been a few times to Moss and passed this hotel and not considered booking but now I wonder why. It is a very nice hotel the room was extremely spacious and clean but there are only stairs to reach the rooms no lift. The breakfast options and variety were far greater than I was expecting. Free hot drinks outside breakfast hours from reception and a taxi ordering service for now or later. A genuinely nice hotel with friendly staff.

Pleasant surprise, I had been to Moss before and walked past a few times without giving it a second thought. However, having stayed it is a nice hotel, the room was very spacious and well kept. The breakfast options were surprisingly large and varied. A free hot drink when ever you wanted downstairs, the taxi ordering facility either for now or later. The free use of umbrella`s which was very useful on one occasion. All round a genuinely nice hotel with friendly staff, would happily stay again.

This is the second year running that we have stayed here and were able to get the same room which was very convenient as it has a fridge and a lovely view, very useful on a long stay of 11 days. At our suggestion a coat hook had been added and it shows that they do listen to the customers suggestions and recommendations. You can refer to our previous review of last year for more details but overall a very pleasant stay and the staff made you feel at home.
