Location was great and the pool was enjoyable when not crowded. The club sandwich and drinks at the bar were great as well as the two young ladies who worked the reception/bar (an Albanian girl and a French girl).

The air-conditioning is only in the bedroom making it uncomfortable for the two people sleeping in the other area. The mattress in the main bedroom was horribly uncomfortable and made my back ache. The kitchen is very old and it took forever just to boil some eggs. It's not suitable to cook full meals if you love to cook. I was caught off-guard upon arrival as we were asked if we wanted to "rent" the air-conditioning in the room for a daily fee! I have NEVER been asked that in all the placed I've stayed throughout the world. But customers who book through Booking are not charged for air-conditioning and it's included. So be advised!

First time to Crete and Mellissa apartments was recommended to me. I have a fantastic holiday and mainly down to the family run apartment. Help kind and very embracing the hospitality was 5 Star. The location was perfect. I would highly recommend and definitely return.

Lovely family apartments where we were comfortable and well looked after. Rooms were spacious for 3 adults and a toddler, and a travel cot was provided. Rooms were cleaned and fresh towels provided regularly. So reasonably priced for the facilities and will absolutely stay again. Games and books available to borrow and lots of kids toys/floats for the pool. Guests were respectful and it was appropriate for children to stay here.
