Beautifully laid out and tucked back in the rainforest along a river. Food was so delicious! Nature, pools, birds - incredible

Overall it is beautiful. They are in the midst of updating roofs, etc.

Air condition was not working, no hot water and the ceiling was following down with water!!

Breakfast was fine. We also liked the jungle -we chose this place because their website ptomited nature.

Many things. There was a wedding one evening and nobody informed us of the extreme noise of this - of course, it caused a lot of distress and discomfort. We arrived exhausted from things happening in our lives and wanted peace and calm, we did not get it. We were very disappointed and would not recommended this place. During the first few days, there was unwelcome loud music by the pool pumped out by the hotel. This was horrible and intrusive. We did not expect this from a hotel that suggested that nature was of prime importance.

Breakfast was decent, location is very nice and territory is beautiful

The room was musty and smelly, it was terrible

Room was below average, no hot water, no water one morning. The buffet is mid/poor. Prices are fine. The staff was friendly. The grounds and trail are magnificent!

Great place for New year's Eve. They really did a great party
