This property has an excellent location and has several buildings some kn the beach and some off the water. Grounds and beach and views amazing. The hint was good, towels and linens good, loft bedroom with spiral staircase was not the best but gave us two balconies from the unit. Living room had sofa but no chairs and no automan to rest feet on so not the most comfortable furniture. Location was fantastic and it had 3 heated pools a hot tub fire pit and coffe machines for lattes and cappuccinos. Would stay there again easily.

Perfect for a girls weekend! 2 bedrooms abs baths, quiet, free parking and steps from the beach! Hot tub in the dining room was an odd touch and the pool gates were locked way before 10pm but no biggie. Staff was friendly.

Bed was comfy.

Room smelled mouldy. Whole room needed refreshing looked unkempt. Had to beg for clean towels and face cloths. Out doors of the facility looked old and dated. Would not consider going back at all.

They lead you to believe all the amenities are where you are staying, which they are not. We never saw anyone work the breakers. The rugs outside are in need of cleaning. They ask you strip your beds yourself. Not at all what we expected. It’s like it is the orphan of soundings and they don’t care much about it.

Beautiful resort on the cape that is close to numerous beaches, shops and tourist destinations.

The condo was very clean. Well maintained overall. The bathroom had a magnifying mirror with LED lights. Nice touch. The extra bedding was secured with a tag so that we knew it was all freshly laundered. LOVED that. Easy to find and the main area to check in was nice with a beautiful view and pool/beach area. The room had a fireplace with optional flame and flame/heat controls. Very cozy. The post did not say that this room was located in a different building NOT beachside. Our room overlooked a vacant lot with some picnic tables and wildflowers. The "laundry" was not in our room but at the end of the building in a shared space and had a closing time of 9 pm. There was only a tiny little fridge and many of the pics on the site showed a larger one. No dishwasher but it was not a huge deal. There were no room darkening curtains and the windows faced the east so it was BRIGHT very early in the morning plus the can lighting on the porch did not turn off at night so our room was always VERY BRIGHT even at midnight. This room is NOT easily accessible from where you park. If you struggle walking, or use a cane/wheelchair, this is NOT for you. There is no cart to carry items in so it took us many trips. While the bathroom was very clean, the shower rod was broken and a tension rod was put up in its place. The curtain was then way too long and the rod kept falling down. The room was clean but we were here for our 30th wedding anniversary and I was so disappointed about the view.

Ive stayed here before but at the Soundings which is a Bluegreen property. Excellent facility. The room type I was assigned was on the third floor with the bedroom up a spiral staircase. Very precarious and lots of steps. I couldn't change the room without changing the room type and still on the third floor. Decided to stay but left early. Bathroom down and bed room up. BAD DESIGN
